Vegetarian Lasagna Bolognese
- One Package Lasagna Noodles
- Two Jars Alfredo Sauce
- One Large Container of Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
- Two packages Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- One Package Shredded Italian Blend Cheese
- One package Vegetarian Ground Crumbles
Pour dollops of alfredo sauce in bottom of baking dish. Add noodles going lengthwise. Add dollops along noodles of ricotta cheese. Add mozzarella. Add Italian blend mix. Add vegetarian crumbles. Add alfredo sauce. Layer lasagna noodles in other direction. Add all ingredients as before except crumbles. Add one half inch of water. Bake at 375 degrees for fifty minutes. Allow to set. Enjoy in your hungry belly!!!

Greek Falafel Platter
- One package frozen falafel
- Frozen Steak Fries
- Pita Bread cut into triangles
- Tsaziki Sauce
- Romaine Lettuce
- Block of Feta Cheese
- Shredded Carrots
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Oregano
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Sliced Green Peppers
- Black Olives
Cook falafel according to package directions. Cook steak fries as well. Place on plate with pita triangles, a bowl of tsaziki sauce and combine romaine, carrots, green peppers, olives, chunked feta, olive oil and apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt and oregano to make Greek salad. Place Greek salad on plate. Enjoy!!!

- Raisins (Optional)
