There are herbs that you can use to stop cravings, to stop smoking and to get balanced. These are just food herbs. Any plant that is edible can be taken as an herb or a food. Any plant that is an ornamental, which means it is not meant to be consumed- it is just to look at, is addictive and causes symptoms. Below is a list of herbs that can be used to end cravings and get off addictive substances. Use them as a tincture once a day. Just put a few drops in your mouth. You can have them with Bach’s pastilles, children’s echinacea and old fashioned hard candies like horehound, licorice, anise, lemon and root beer. Orange, cherry and lemon tic tacs are also fine. Panda licorice is also good. Vitamin C gummies are excellent. Bach’s rescue remedy is nice and brings us out of altered states from drugs. Herbs and foods that are earthy and sweet heal addiction. The men’s tea and the women’s tea is also earthy and sweet and is good for drinking. It is very nourishing and of the earth.
